We collect information that you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use the Services.

• Account and Profile Data: name, email address, password (hashed), display name, avatar, location, and other profile preferences.
• Usage Data: app interactions, device information, log data, approximate location (from IP), and analytics events.
• Training Data: exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, RPE, rest times, program templates and session notes you choose to record.
• Payment Data: if you purchase a subscription, limited billing details may be processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Cookies & Local Storage: used for authentication, preferences, analytics and improving user experience.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and features.
• Authenticate users and personalize experience (e.g., theme, units).
• Analyze usage patterns and training data to improve performance, product quality, and develop new features.
• Create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data sets for analytics, research, machine learning, benchmarking, and business purposes.
